Let it Snow

...and snow and snow and snow. Is the white Christmas worth the 3.5 a hour, 30 mile drive home from work this week? Debatable. However, from the window, it is very pretty and looking a lot like Christmas. Here's Jack watching Soren clean the snow off the car.

Poor Jackson hasn't left the house since last Friday and I think he might be getting a little cabin fever. Yesterday, our comforter was on the bedroom floor as the bedding was in the laundry. Several times during the day, he and the bear just went in there and flopped themselves down. We think he was seeking some personal space (so we followed him with the camera, of course).

We plan to venture out today so he can spend the night with Nana and Grandpa Glynn while I go to a Christmas party--yaay!

Hearing him say "Daddy" is so cute! We have tons of snow here too; a surprising amount, actually...it's pretty. I wasn't thinking it was pretty yesterday though when we were digging out our driveway. (not shoveling, digging) Your commute sounds awful; I hope it's the exception this winter, not the norm!

Sorry the "white Christmas" sounds a lot prettier on the song than it does with a shovel in your hand. The roads must have been very bad to make your commute so long.
Your "little boy" saying "Daddy" so clearly (much like he says "hat" so clearly) is a delight. You will never be sorry that you have that on video.
Thanks for the update. Can't wait to see you on Christmas.
Love to all . . .
