Madeline was baptized on Saturday and it was a wonderful day. She slept through most of the ceremony and only squirmed a little when the cold water hit her head. We were so lucky to share the celebration with family, and test the party capabilities of our new house.
Grammie was able to make the trip in and enjoy a long weekend with us. Putting out fires with Jackson and cuddling with pretty Maddie.

Oh my goodness... God bless Madeling Ruth.. is right. She is just precious. Her christening gown is beautiful! I loved the little monogrammed shirt!! I'm so glad Grammie was able to come in for the festivities, so sorry we missed it. Grammie looks like such a fun grandma.. putting out fires, and donning her fire hat for the task. And Donna..that one picture of Maddie in the blue fuzzy jammies.. is absolutely breathtaking. What a beautiful, beautiful baby. I'm sure Jackson had a wonderful time with all the extra attention from Grammie. Love the pictures of Ben and Maddie too! That Ben has such character!!

Jack, I had a fantastic time playing with you in your basement.
We put out many fires,fixed and refixed so many things with your tools,wrapped presents,(you are a great helper)played with the Thomas railroad, and enjoyed looking at your Thomas catalogue. I am so impressed with you. You are such a big boy. Always wanting to help, and saying please and thank you. I cant wait to play with you again. Try the potty its really a great thing!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maddie, You are so beautiful. I loved watching you find your toes and catching glimpses of your hands. I hope Mr monkey keeps you smiling. I was delighted with your cooing at Mr Monkey and the little white rabbit. Soon you will be able to catch them as they dangle or fall into your reach.
You were really getting the hang of hitting them with your little hand.
I enjoyed every minute: the party, the hot tub and even the leftovers were delicious!
