By 8am (a happy story)

A morning in the life of Jackson Culver:

up and at 'em
go downstairs
no... not yet...need to go back
get "B" the bear
and the Toy Story book
"can you carry them downstairs, Mommy" [and Maddie and Maddie's bottle and this blanket?]
"I wanna watch the Car movie"
"Can I put it in the dvd player?"
5 min later..."No, I don't want the Car movie, I want a show"
"Not that show"
[Diapers changed all around, with daily speech about how big boys go potty on the toilet]
"Fish crackers and apple juice, please" [for breakfast, really? whatever]
[sit down to give Maddie a bottle]
"More crackers, please, and raisins" [well, with raisins in the mix, its an acceptable breakfast]
"I want to paint"
paint a masterpiece

"Do you want to paint wif me?"
[now feeding Maddie in her high chair--her first real banana. She mostly squished it]

"Can you draw me a guitar so I can paint it?" [I do, and it's brilliant]
"I'm going downstairs to play basketball"
smells yummy toaster smells and heads back up
"Whatcha making?"
"Can I have some of your bagel?" [absolutely acceptable breakfast, have at it]

Another perfect morning, and for that we're thankful. God is wonderful!

*Just a personal note? I think you should post a picture of your guitar, and let us be the judge whether it is actually brilliant.
