He has been moved into a "Feeders & Growers" nursery. It is not as spacious, and looks a little more like a baby farm, but it is a step up. It means he does not require as much space for equimpent and doctors. Just enough room to be fed and cuddled and grow.
He got a routine eye exam today and read everything on the chart very well :-) They just dialated his eyes and looked for retina development, which all looked normal. Fortunately, there is not much else to report. He is doing great and should be ready for bottle feeding any day now. We were going to try this afternoon, but he was not quite alert enough. I think the eye exam wiped him out. One thing at a time.
My camera battery just got replaced today...so I promise more pictures in upcoming blogs.

WEIGH to go JACK!! That is awesome!
We are all so excited for you! Hope that you like your new room and that your new neighbors are as pleasant as the 'old neighbors'. When your "staff" up at the hospital see how many visitors you have, I am sure that they will upgrade you to a private room in no time. Better yet, get going on that bottle and nursing experience and you'll get to go to YOUR home real soon. Just wait until you see what is in store for you! You will absolutely LOVE it! Goodnight my sweet precious grandson! Pleasant dreams.
Love and Kisses, Grandma Glynn
Hi Jack
Congratulations on your graduation
to Nursery school. You have been working so hard, it's no wonder you slept through your first day of bottle feeding.
I hate that dilation business it makes everything too bright and its a smart thing to rest your big eyes after.
Good luck today with your bottle feeding test. Hopefully you will find it pleasant from the start but some things just take time- so Bon Appetit!
Have a wonderful day
love to you, and your mom and dad
Grammie and grampa
Like George and Weezy before him, Jack is movin' on up!
Sorry it's been a couple days since I've graced the 8th floor ... great to see he's still growing! I'll definitely make it in this weekend.

Hey Jack! Hello from Florida. We finally got the link to this blog (Thanks Soren). Wow – what progress you’ve made since we met you while we were vacationing in Albany back in June! We’ve thought about you often. The pictures and movies are great. Keep up the good work (that goes for Soren and Donna too).
Much love,
Bill, Kathy, Alyssa and Alanna
