Greetings from Saco, ME. We arrived on Tuesday morning, and here's a glimpse of our vacation so far -
Sunrises. Lucky for us, Jack is a nice alarm clock and lets us know when it's time to get up to watch.
Seafood - We've gone to a few of the local restaurants, and we went to the fish market in Portland on Wednesday. We got an array of fresh seafood. My dad expertly grilled it and, paired with some great wine, it was a wonderful meal. The woman who owns the house we are renting offered to deliver fresh hot lobsters to the house whenever we wanted them. We have placed our order for tonight.

oh it looks wonderful. Jackson looks happy to be on vacation too. The sweatshirts in the photos are telling me the weather was nice and the air was crisp. The sand at your feet by the little fire makes me wanna be there and have a beer with you. Maybe JP can photoshop me into the other chair. Oh cozy vacation, how lucky you are!

My gosh.. it looks like the perfect vacation! Everyone looks like they're having a wonderful time. And.. your little guy is getting so big. I can't believe it. I'll bet you Grammie was over the moon spending all that time with Jackson. Afterall, who wouldn't be.. right?

Thank you for a wonderful time on our vacation. You are so impressive. I was so pleased with how you put the frog down the shoot and pushed the button to find him again. And you are so strong- you stood for almost 5 minutes holding your cell phone. Dont let anyone hassle you about walking. You have fantastic balance, you stand without holding on and you probably know that falls are not fun. Your dad and uncle Ezra didnt walk until they were 15 months- You are fantastic in every way. My only problem is you are growing too fast!!!!
I had such a wonderful time the food and wine were great and the company was outstanding. You have a fantastic family and I enjoyed everyone I couldn't have had a better time.
That itsy bitsy spider never gets very far, but you certainly enjoyed hearing about him. Maybe I call you next week and sing it to you.
