Baseball player or Rock Star

Jackson has it narrowed down to these two careers for his future. The baseball obsession is getting adorably ridiculous. He has a bat, or something that can be used as a bat (wooden spoon, umbrella, broom) with him most of the day. We can't even count the number of times he requests to play baseball in the small time frames where he isn't playing. Here is a clip of him playing some living room baseball with daddy. The rules: You must wear the glove while batting. Contact with the ball is optional. Round the "bases," for a home run and high five every time.
Sometimes, the bat becomes a guitar and he tells us he's in a rock & roll band. We made his dreams come true today with a little orange ukelele from a neighborhood festival. Rock on, batter. We are just trying to keep the guitar from being used as a bat.

Here is a (still nameless) Boo and I at 25 weeks. She weighed in at 1lb 8oz, which is just 4oz shy of Jack's birth weight. Hard to believe. I've started taking my blood pressure daily, and so far, so good. By this time in the pregnancy with Jackson, I had already started retaining a lot of water, which is not the case this time. We are hopeful for 3 healthy months ahead.

Great pictures! Jack, I am your #1 Fan for either baseball player or rock star! Great job making 'Home Runs'. I am sure your baby sister will have a beautiful name. Your Mommy was three days old before she had a name because she surprised us by being a month early. I have faith!

Donna, you look great! And if little Jack becomes rich and famous (either rock star or baseball player), please remind him of his favorite Aunt Nancy and Uncle Kevin . . . just in case . . .
Glad to hear you're feeling well. Keep up the good work, little Boo.
Love to all.

Donna, you look adorable! Glad to hear you are doing well with the daily B.P. readings. Keep up the great work.

I absolutely loved the video of your star athlete. He seems to have the concept down quite well. Someone ought to tell him.. that what he wants is a batting glove and not baseball glove when swinging at the ball. It just makes things a whole lot easier. But, I guess there are some things that one has to find out for themselves.

Hope to see you guys soon!
Love you!
