Ah...Fall...

It was a beautiful fall evening and Jack had a good time in a pile of leaves at the park. He has started taking a few hestiant steps. It goes like this: put your hands in the air and take the first step as if your marching...catch your balance...then...toddle...toddle...DIVE at someone you have faith is going to catch you. It's a fun game and I hope to get it on video soon.

Hi Jack
I love your jacket/sweater. Leaves are the greatest fun and so beautiful. You fit right in with all beautiful amazing things.

If you knew the squeels and yehs you are going to get when you finally take that first step you would march away--but enjoy the anticipation. It will open up a new world for you but--- you will get a lot of "Oh no- Jack is in the --- again" And many of the wonderful things you see now will be put up higher, so you will have to develope your climbing skills.
It never ends but, you my dear boy, are up to the challenge.
Enjoy the fall. The snow flies soon.
Sweet dreams

Jack's enlistment in the Old Navy was a good decision -- those are some handsome threads!

Don't worry if he's on his own schedule learning to walk. That's why they call it fall.

John Patrick is right.. he looks like a walking .. or carried advertisement for the fall line at Old Navy.. or Baby Gap. So cute!

Hey.. Jack, put off walking for as long as you can.. because before you know it.. they will be telling you.. "You can walk, you don't need me to carry you.".. or "You can walk to school.. it's good for you.".. as for me??.. I enjoyed being carried.

Love you guys!
